We are seeking a collaborative and experienced Sr. Organizational Development (OD) Consultant to join our dynamic team at Lakeridge Health. As a key member of the OD team, you will report to the Manager of Organizational Development and work in close partnership with colleagues and internal stakeholders to deliver practical, high-impact programs and services that enhance team effectiveness, drive engagement, and foster a culture of learning, inclusion and psychological safety.

This role is ideal for a facilitator and consultant who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare setting and is passionate about supporting teams through change, development, and conflict resolution.

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Sr. Organizational Development Consultant, you will support the delivery of OD programs that align with Lakeridge Health's strategic goals. You will focus on team engagement, consulting and team development, conflict support through restorative practices, and improving new hire and leader onboarding experiences. You will also partner with leaders and teams to assess development needs, facilitate engagement action planning, and deliver tailored learning opportunities and team interventions.
You will contribute to building an inclusive, psychologically safe, and high-performing workplace culture by supporting OD services that enhance collaboration, communication, and team effectiveness. This role requires strong cross-departmental collaboration and a consultative, facilitative mindset.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this position, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
" Collaborating with HR Business Partners to support leaders and their teams in assessing engagement, team effectiveness, and development needs, and designing responsive OD interventions.
" Supporting the rollout of the Team Engagement Survey and supporting organizational-wide delivery and action planning related to survey results.
" Providing consultation and supporting continuous improvement in leader and team member onboarding experiences.
" Supporting the implementation of the multi-year Talent Management Strategy by contributing to programs and initiatives that build leadership capability, support succession planning, and reinforce an aligned competency framework.
" Collaborating on the design, delivery, and evaluation of leadership development programs aligned with the Canadian College of Healthcare Leaders LEADS framework and organizational priorities, including 360 feedback processes, coaching, and capability building initiatives.
" Delivering and evaluating learning sessions, team development workshops, and facilitated discussions grounded in adult education principles.
" Supporting teams and leaders through change by applying core principles of change management, relationship building, and resilience.
" Facilitating restorative conversations and supporting the integration of restorative practices in response to team conflict and to strengthen psychological safety.
" Collaborating across departments-including Human Resources, IDEAA, Strategy, Quality, Medical and Academic Affairs, and others-to ensure alignment of OD supports with broader organizational priorities.
" Tracking and evaluating OD initiatives to ensure continuous improvement, alignment with strategic priorities, and measurable impact.


QUALIFICATIONS:

" Minimum of 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in organizational development, learning and development, or related field, preferably in a healthcare setting or large, complex environment.
" University degree from a recognized institution in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Adult Education, or a related field. A Master's degree and/or advanced certifications in Organizational Development, Change Management, and Leadership Development are advantageous.
" CHRL designation, and certifications in CCHL LEADS, PROSCI Change Management and Crucial Learning programs are considered assets.
" Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with the ability to independently drive critical initiatives.
" Proficiency in advanced OD methodologies, including coaching and facilitation techniques.
" Strong experience in utilizing learning management systems and eLearning content development tools.
" Highly developed in-person and virtual facilitation skills with a deep understanding of adult education principles.
" Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with authoring tools (Articulate 360).
" Excellent organizational, time management, and project management skills.
" Superior interpersonal skills with a strong customer service focus, enabling effective teamwork and independent work.
" Proven ability to develop and implement programs for all organizational levels, including senior leaders.
