DAY/EVENING SCHEDULE; 8 HOUR SHIFTS (Subject to change)

SALARY; $33.30 - $41.61 per hour

The positions are open to all qualified applicants commencing on November 17, 2020 and closing at 11:59 pm on November 24, 2020.

JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Manager of Project Design & Management, the Project Analyst is to support projects and project managers by assisting in the completion of documentation, analysis, testing, change management, and other related tasks. This includes researching and documenting current processes and gathering requirements for future state. This individual will apply communication, analytical and problem solving skills to help ensure the successful implementation of projects. The position will involve some travel between sites as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:
* College Diploma or University Degree in the field of Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance or Information Systems;
* 2 years related work experience within Information Technology, preferred;
* Technically competent with expert knowledge of software programs, such as Microsoft Office, Project and SharePoint;
* Experience within healthcare environment project management methodology, process mapping and design, preferred;
* Experience in change management methodology preferred;
* Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills;
* Proven organizational skills with keen attention to detail;
* Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment;
* Strong listening, written and oral communication skills;
* Ability to read and interpret communication styles of team members and contractors within specialized disciplines or client groups;
* Logical, analytical, and efficient approach to tasks;
* Exceptional customer service orientation;
* Self-motivated and tenacious;
* Proven dedication to organizational improvement;
* Must have a satisfactory performance record;

* Demonstrates an understanding of and commitment to Lakeridge Health's comprehensive safety programs and practices including staff, patient and environmental safety and participates in regular in-service in this area; and,
