The Durham OHT is committed to this new model of care for coordinating and delivering people-centred health care.The Lead will be accountable for providing strategic direction for the successful implementation of initiatives as set forward by the Durham OHT. The incumbent will work closely in collaboration with system partners and bring subject matter expertise and transformational leadership skills to ensure the successful design, planning, and execution and performance measurement of the OHT's priorities.Interim reporting structures to the Executive Leadership Table (ELT).
