Duties & Responsibilities: Leading one of the largest programs at LH, the Director Medicine Services reports to the Executive Vice-President of Patient Services and is responsible for all medicine in-patient services across our five hospital sites as well as a number of ambulatory care clinics. As a visionary leader, you will inspire and achieve results by focusing on implementation of initiatives that are aligned with the Hospital's strategic plan and annual business plan. Using a collaborative team approach at the program and bedside levels, the Director will ensure our patients return home as soon as possible with maximum independence. The Director will possess strong leadership skills and expertise in both strategic planning and change management, in addition to financial and human resource management expertise.
