In your role as a Continuous Improvement Coach you are strategically oriented in your efforts to shift culture and status quo while producing tangible deliverables. Your background has allowed you to develop a strong knowledge of operational excellence methods augmented with your ability to develop yourself and others in all project and improvement assignments. You utilize and role model communication and change management excellence in the delivery of goals and objectives. Your reliance on and expertise with structured approaches to improvement and project management essentials such as being driven by key performance indicators, scope, cost and schedule management along with deployment monitoring and reporting positions you as an essential resource. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting to the Director, Transformation and Continuous Improvement you will guide, lead, implement and monitor process improvement and provide project management support using established principles such as LEAN, Six Sigma and Project Management. QUALIFICATIONS:*Bachelor's degree;*LEAN/Six Sigma certification Black Belt or equivalent;*Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent;*regulated Health Professional with minimum 5 years clinical experience preferred;*5 years recent, related improvement and/or project management in a heath care service environment;*proven leadership in the tangible delivery and sustainment of projects/improvements;*demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize work;*demonstrated ability to effectively train, coach and mentor teams and leaders;*proven ability to manage and facilitate cross functional project teams and improvement initiatives;*demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization and across multiple mediums;*Demonstrated track record with business analysis and the use of information for improvement ( ex.
