Non-Union LAKERIDGE HEALTH PROJECT ANALYST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (TEMPORARY FULL TIME - ONE YEAR) CORPORATE OFFICE UN.EX. - 1400000600 DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Reporting to the Manager of the Information Technology Applications team andsupported by the Project Management team, the role of the Project Analyst is tosupport projects and Project Managers by assisting in the completion ofdocumentation, analysis, testing, change management and other related tasks. This includes researching and documenting current processes and gatheringbusiness requirements. The incumbent will apply communication, analytical, andproblem solving skills to help ensure the successful implementation of theMedication Reconciliation project as well as Information Technology/InformationManagement projects. QUALIFICATIONS: * College diploma or University degree in the field of Business Administration, Computer Science or Information Systems;* Minimum of 2 years relevant hospital experience within project management pharmacy environment;* knowledge of medication reconciliation;* related work experience in project analysis preferred;* effective project management and detail orientated skills;* advanced Technical competence with Microsoft programs; Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Sharepoint and database applications;* Experience in project management methodology (including change management) and process mapping/redesign preferred;* Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills to work within a team-oriented, collaborative environment;* Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to Lakeridge Health's comprehensive safety programs and practices including staff safety, patient safety and environmental safety and participation in regular in-service education sessions SALARY: $31.025 - $34.848 per hour CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT:The terms and conditions of employment are in accordance with Lakeridge Health's policies and procedures.Accommodation will be provided in all parts of the recruitment and assessment process as required under Lakeridge Health's Employment Accommodation policy.
